About Justine & My Approach

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in emotional overwhelm - at the mercy of big emotional reactions, triggers, addictions (avoidance), toxic intrusive thoughts, and unhealthy patterns that seem impossible to break. For many years, I searched for ways to fix myself - not just cope with symptoms, but truly free myself from the chaos that kept me cycling through stress, drama, exhaustion, and unhealthy coping mechanisms.

Traditional talk therapy (and countless other approaches) only took me so far. The real transformation happened when I discovered body-based (somatic) healing - working with the nervous system and emotion at the root cause level (which is mostly hidden in our unconscious blind spots).

I am in awe of how gentle, safe, and profoundly powerful this work is. Healing from debilitating C-PTSD symptoms transformed my life - bringing clarity, deep peace, and a connection to my inner guidance. Instead of relying on external "experts," I discovered that I am the best expert on me. It’s a cliche, but everything I had been seeking outside me was within me all along. My emotions were natural signals, which I learnt to understand and move through skillfully. Being able to hear, connect with, and align with my true self, is the key to unlocking overall health, well-being and a fulfilling life. This was not going to happen while I was focussed externally on others to solve my issues and help me feel safe and secure.

That’s why I do this work.

I’m passionate about helping people break free from emotional suffering and avoidance through embodied emotional processing and nervous system regulation training. This work isn’t about just coping - it’s about transforming by clearing emotional baggage, rewiring patterns, and building resilience so you can navigate life with more ease, strength, and clarity.
